The Supplier Qualification Program (PQF) of Aperam South America, in 2015, had innovations in its programming. This year, the company also recognized suppliers who effectively contributed to promoting the competitiveness of the Company.
The slogan of the award this year was “Competing together, sharing victories” and a relay baton was the symbol of the celebration. Thirty three companies of all sizes and profiles received the Aperam South America Certificate of Assured Quality.
According to the methodology established by the award, items such as quality, service, quality control and safety were evaluated. Were also taken into consideration the commitment of the supplier with its code of conduct, ethics and sustainability.
The special prize for competitiveness took into account criteria such as continued improvement initiatives for cost structure and development of new products. Other impactful innovations were also included.
